Custom Orders

To avoid stress and disappointment, it is advised that you place your order as soon as you know what you want or at least 4-6 months prior your wedding date as our work schedule and ship dates get booked up quickly! Booking early also ensures that the flowers/colors you are looking for are available (they are imported from overseas and may take 4-6 months to be manufactured based on material availability and custom delays). As well we'd like to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your flowers (sufficient time for approval pictures and in case adjustments are needed etc.).

For price quotes, please fill out our custom order form in the "Contact Us" section, we will respond within 24-72 hours with confirmed quotes.

You can either purchase our items with no change from our online boutique or request for a custom order, we can customize our items from our online boutique with different types of flowers and colors to suit your style and personality. There is no additional charge on ribbon color change or same flower type change as long as it's the same quantity of flowers.

Please note no two items will look alike exactly. If you've ordered 4 bridesmaids bouquets, they will look alike in terms of same flowers and colors, but not exact duplicate of each other.

Approval pictures can be requested. They are the final pictures of your order before we ship your order. Minor adjustments can be made as long as it's within the quoted agreement. Please note orders where approval photos are not required will be shipped 2-3 weeks sooner.

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (ship date). For custom orders under $200 (before taxes if applicable), it must be paid in full. None of our items are pre-made. After a deposit is received, we will immediately order your flowers from our reputable suppliers. It is very important you are 100% certain what you have chosen. If you change your mind or cancel, we apologize that we CANNOT send the flowers back to our suppliers. An additional charge may apply.

Your balance must be paid in full 3 weeks before the ship date.

During busy season, please allow approx. 2-3 months to COMPLETE your order. Delivery time depends on your postal/zip code. An additional charge of 20% may apply for a rush order.

All of our items are in Canadian Dollars.

Online boutique

You can directly purchase our items through our shopping cart system on a secure server. All of our floral collections are never pre-made, they are unique and made-to-order. After your order is placed and payment is received, it may take up to 4-5 weeks to be sent out for delivery. An additional charge may apply for a rush order.

All of our items are in Canadian Dollars.

Substitutions

If the flowers you ordered are unavailable. You will be immediately notified. We will suggest alternative flowers of same quality. We will refund your money 100% in this case if you decided not to go with the alternative flowers. We always include our brides on decision making and respect their decisions. Please note if you want a specific flower and it's out of stock, it may take 3 - 6 months to be available depending on our manufacturers/suppliers.

Sample Orders/Small Orders (hair flowers, loose flowers and stems etc.)

If you require sample flowers or sample bouquet to check the quality and color of our flowers. Please email us for availability of the flowers. Please note it may not always be in stock since we don't routinely stock all our flowers. Due to our many variety and colors of flowers, we are not a warehouse setting and only order flowers for our clients as requested. Sample flowers and small orders such as loose stems and flowers may take 8-14 business days to gather and sent out (given it's available), sample bouquets may take 4-8 weeks to be created and shipped depending on flowers availability and booked upcoming weddings.

Late Orders

If you order from us very close to your wedding. We will try our best to see what we could do to accommodate you. An Additional 20% charge may apply. We reserve the right to decline rush orders as this does not give us time to work and deliver your order.

We ship all custom orders and bouquets by expedited parcel service.

Expedited parcels service includes tracking info and ship time is 2-5 business days across U.S & Canada. 1-2 business days within Ontario. Tracking info will be provided.

Regular parcels arrive in 5-14 business days within U.S. and 4-8 business days within Canada. No tracking info for regular parcels.

How do we package your flowers?

We spent lots of time and effort making your flowers beautiful for your big day. We want to make sure they get to you free of damages and in good condition. All flowers/bouquets are packaged and wrapped in environmental friendly acid-free tissue paper or air puff cushions. A tracking number will be provided for all custom packages and shipped by expedited parcel service.

Please note BloomBridal.com is not responsible for shipping & handling cost, clients outside of Canada are responsible for their own duty and taxes. 13% HST will be charged for Ontario orders and 5% GST for other provinces outside of Ontario.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place a custom order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
