Terms & Conditions

*By placing an order and making a payment with BloomBridal.com, you confirm that you agreed and accepted our company policies outlined on this website. Please read our company policies thoroughly.

 

Items from our online boutique are final sale. No returns.  They may take up to 14 business days to be sent out for delivery. We are not responsible for delays once we release the package to the courier.

 

For all custom orders, in order to secure your flowers and booking (ship date), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. For custom orders under $250, it must be paid in fullOnce we have received your payment, your order is put into our work schedule and your ship date is valid. Your balance must be paid in full 3 weeks before your ship date.

 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, INTERAC e-Transfer, cheque or money order. For any returned cheques, a $25 fee will apply. Our online payment system is on a secure server. Please note your personal information is never disclosed.

 

A booking will NOT be secured until we have received a 50% deposit. Once payment is received, we'll be ordering your flowers immediately from our suppliers. However, we have no control and cannot be held responsible for delays from our suppliers or customs (such as containers held by customs, product discontinued by our manufacturer, delay in production from factory etc.). In case of delays, we will notify you immediately for subsitutions or a full refund.  Substitutions are of similar quality flowers. As well, we are not responsible for manufacture defects and variations.

 

For sample orders, not all the flowers are guaranteed to be available since we don't routinely stock our flowers. Please contact us for stock availability. Sample orders may take up to 14 business days to be packaged and shipped during busy season.

 

Please ensure your custom creations form is clear and accurate. We are not responsible for any errors filled by our clients. Custom order quotes are deemed valid for 30 days.

 

It is important to us that you are 100% happy with what you have chosen. We will try our very best to acheive your satisfaction. Approval photos are sent once your order is completed and is ready to be shipped out. Consent for the approval photos and consent for S&H (Shipping & Handling) fee must be received via email before your package is sent out. Please note your package can be sent to you much sooner without approval pics!

 

Sizes of our items are an estimate. Please note a 10" bouquet does not mean the width is 10" across flat, bouquet curves down slightly and it's around 9" across front view. If you'd like additional materials (if available), or extra full appearance, price quote may be affected. Note we will contact you of the additional cost before proceeding with any adjustment. We cannot change the integrity of the design or make major adjustments such as replacing your flowers with different flowers and different colors etc. Keep in mind of delays if adjustments are needed. A new consent will be sent to you for new approval photos and your order will be ship the next pick-up/business day from when the consent was received.

 

If you change your mind or cancel, we apologize that we cannot accept returns or issue a refund. Due to the nature of this industry, we cannot send the flowers back to our suppliers. If you are unsure, we suggest purchasing samples before ordering.

 

Please note no two items will look alike exactly. If you've ordered 6 bridesmaids bouquets, they will look alike in terms of same quantity, type and color of flowers, but not exact duplicate of each other. Due to variations of computer monitors and its color settings, we are not responsible for color variations from different computer monitors. We often advise our brides to send us a swatch and we will try our best to match the color.

 

An additional 20% charge may apply for rush orders since extra work hours have to be put in to fulfill rush orders, aside from previously placed custom orders. Advance bookings are no longer than 12 months. We reserve the right to decline any rush orders and advance booking at our discretion.  Please note all rush orders have to be paid in full at the time of ordering. 

 

Our prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Our contents are up to date at the time of display. While our attempt is to be accurate with our item descriptions and pricing. We are not able to warrant that the content on BloomBridal.com is error free.

 

BloomBridal.com reserves the right to change our terms and conditions, modify, add or remove contents without notice. Our policies outlined on this website will always be the latest and will override any prior policies provided.

 

Delivery

 

If there are any changes (cancelled/stolen credit card, changing residence after the order is placed, or your package did not arrive etc.). It is your responsibility to notify BloomBridal.com and update your billing or shipping address in your account. We are not held liable if the items are not shipped to you once your package is released to the courier.  If the package is returned to us by the courier, we will notify you to arrange for re-delivery. Our clients are responsible for re-delivery costs.

 

Failure to respond to emails regarding your order (consents, payments etc) within 4-5 days is considered "unclaimed order" and any payment received are forfeited. Please check your junk folder if you don't receive a response from us within 48 hours.

 

We always use sturdy recycled boxes for our items first to be environmental-friendly. The recycled boxes we use are in good condition and like-new. We packaged all our items carefully in acid-free tissue paper and minimize any movements inside the box for travelling. Acid-free tissue paper is of top quality, it does not deteriorate over time and will not damage items it comes in contact with. 

 

We are not responsible for any loss, stolen or damage resulting from late delivery once we release the package to the courier. However, in rare cases, we will help you file a claim if your package is damaged en route. And the shipping company is held responsible. Before your payment can be refunded, a proper claim with the courier must be filed and approved.  While every attempt is to help our clients on replacing the lost/damage item. It would be our discretion to replace your order according to our work schedule and availability.
